We are confident that together we can provide the needed care for your pet. Upon scheduling your appointment you could further assist us and your pet by requesting medical records and any labwork results from your previous veterinarian to be faxed to us at 719 638-6365, or bring a copy along with you to the appointment. Attached is a client registration sheet. You may fill it out prior to the appointment and present it to one of our client service representatives upon check in. This will allow us to be more efficient and informative so that you and your pet receive the time, treatment or services needed at the utmost care.
